How That Works
Your client keeps their relationship with you. We handle the transaction, you stay in the picture, and we coordinate directly with you and their attorney throughout the process.
If a client is not ready or the business is not sellable in its current state, we will tell them that rather than take a listing we cannot close.
We are happy to be a sounding board on a client situation with no engagement and no fee, including whether a business is realistically sellable, what a rough value range looks like, and how long a process would take.
Referral arrangements. We discuss referral compensation openly and in writing, structured to comply with your professional obligations.
